Testimonial for DC Services

For the last 25 years, I have been involved in renovations in the New York Metropolitan Area.  I am a doctor by training but an enthusiastic investor in historic sites at one time owning 50 apartments in 14 buildings.  One of my long time goals was to shift my emphasis from the Northeast to Florida, specifically South Beach because of the Art Deco historic district.

I found a site in South Beach, The Retreat on Drexel Avenue.  I purchased an apartment and was the first to move into the site.  The site was virtually a construction site.  DC Services had been retained to bring the conversion into compliance.  I found them to be extremely competent and reliable with very good feedback with results.  It is so imperative when residents start to move in that problems, which naturally occur in a new renovation, are addressed in an organized and efficient manner.  Such was the case of DC services.  Both principals, German and Ricardo are professional contractors, but more importantly good communicators with impeccable follow through.  In four weeks time the project was humming.

I purchased the apartment adjacent to mine and took the bedroom from that unit and added it to my original unit.  The breakthrough went without any hitches.  No plaster dust, no delays - they were organized for such a little job.  Friends were amazed that the construction was done was rapidly, but with efficiency and no errors.

I would recommend this group for large construction jobs or small jobs.  Their emphasis on consistency and quality is something that bodes well in this era of quick jobs with no quality.
